Getting started with sales software shouldn’t be complicated. That’s why Hive Perform’s onboarding process is now easier than ever. You can complete your initial setup in just a few steps, and our team will help you go live with a single call, no drawn-out training or endless back and forth.
Choose either Salesforce or HubSpot. With admin access, logging in is straightforward. The platform informs you which objects we will be pulling from. You do not need to complete any mapping. Our system does this itself. Next, hit continue, your CRM data starts syncing automatically in the background.
Tell us a bit about how your team sells. Select your team size and the sales methodology you use, for example, SPICED, SPIN, MEDDPICC, BANT, or your own custom framework. This helps Hive Perform understand the structure and style of your sales process so we can tailor your setup and insights to match how your team works best.
Choose the call recording platform you use to capture customer conversations: Zoom, Gong, MS Teams, Clari, or another tool. If your platform isn’t listed, select “Other/Not Listed” and keep going. Once linked, Hive Perform will automatically pull in your call transcripts, so you can start surfacing buyer signals, tracking deal progress, and uncovering actionable insights without any manual upload or extra admin.
Once you submit your setup, your details go straight to our customer support team. We’ll reach out to schedule a single onboarding session, your chance to ask questions, finalize setup, and get live on Hive Perform.
