We’ve introduced a dedicated Contacts tab on every deal, giving you a single place to see everyone involved—not just CRM-assigned stakeholders but also participants from calls and meetings. Each contact is automatically enriched with role, goals, pain points, key facts, and conversation starters, along with insights into their communication style to help you tailor your engagement. To keep momentum high, we’ve added one-click actions for email and LinkedIn, so you can engage the right people at the right time without leaving the platform.
Enhanced Dashboard Filtering & Deal Page Insights
We’ve improved your dashboard experience with new filtering logic, making it easier to navigate and find the deals that matter most. The pipeline selection has been moved for a clearer overview, and we’ve introduced a dedicated "Progress" tab to show daily and weekly updates on your deals. The deal page now offers a comprehensive view of your stakeholders.
Redesigned Deal Page for Clarity and Action
The deal page has been revamped for a cleaner, more intuitive experience. We've reorganized "Positive Signals" and "Watch Items" into their own distinct sections with clear visual indicators, and all action items are now consolidated under a new "To Do" tab. This tab uses accordions to present information concisely, helping you focus on critical next steps without being overwhelmed.
Improved Tooltips
Hover-over tooltips are now available on desktop browsers, and tap-to-reveal on mobile, providing quick access to important information without cluttering your screen.
Deal Timeline Visualizations
The recent activity bar on the deals page now features icons representing action stages, offering a quick visual summary of deal progression. You can click on these to see more detailed pop-over information.Streamlined Rep Invitations
We are developing new ways to easily invite sales representatives to the platform. This includes an optional hands-free SSO (Single Sign-On) method for organizations using Google or Microsoft, allowing reps to automatically gain access upon logging in. For those preferring more control, we're building a batch invitation system for email and password-based sign-ups. Product Messaging Initiative Tracking (Early Access)
We’re trialing a new feature that helps teams track and improve their product messaging during calls. This initiative allows you to set up and monitor the adoption of new messaging against old messaging for specific deal stages. Reps receive personalized feedback emails after each call, highlighting what they did well and areas for improvement, complete with direct links to relevant transcript sections. Leaders get weekly summaries of their team’s overall performance. This feature is currently in a pilot phase with select customers.
