We’ve introduced a new capability in the Messaging tab that helps teams understand exactly what great messaging looks like in practice. This feature uses your existing playbooks and defined messaging to automatically generate talk tracks that reps can use for preparation, consistency and confidence.

You can now:

• Generate talk tracks instantly, using your defined value propositions, messaging pillars and playbook content.

• See what a perfect pitch looks like - AI pulls from your highest rated real pitches and uses those examples to craft guidance that matches your positioning and buyer language.

• Give reps clearer guidance, helping them adopt messaging more consistently across calls and meetings.

Initiatives enhancements

We’ve expanded and refined the Initiatives experience to give managers clearer control over coaching workflows and rep accountability. These updates make Initiatives easier to navigate, act on, and share across your team.

You can now:

• Delete initiatives, with confirmation modals available on cards, detail pages, and edit views.

• Manage notifications more easily using a new toggle that controls email

• Open initiative details directly by clicking any initiative card.

• Read custom context more clearly, with full markdown formatting support.

User management improvements

We’ve strengthened user and access management.

You can now:

• Remove users fully, with a new delete action supported by a confirmation modal and backend removal workflow
