Playbooks generated from real sales activity
Admins have complete control over how Playbooks are generated.
When creating or updating a Playbook, admins can:
- Choose how many calls to analyse
- Set a specific time range for context
- Automatically generate suggested actions and messaging based on that data
This makes it easier to build Playbooks grounded in recent deal reality, whether you want a focused snapshot from the last few weeks or a broader view across months of conversations.

Automated change management
Keeping the team aligned on Playbook changes just got easier.
When the Playbook is updated, admins can notify the team with a summary of what changed, either by writing the update manually or letting AI generate it.
Notifications show the specific actions that have been added, removed, phased out, or changed, so the whole team stays aligned without chasing documentation or waiting for Slack reminders.
Admin permissions and roles
Leaders now have dedicated admin controls to manage how the platform is configured.
Admins can:
- Create and manage Initiatives
- Update and publish Playbook changes
- Control team settings and permissions
Reps see a cleaner, focused experience without access to configuration they don't need. This keeps execution consistent and reduces the risk of accidental changes to live coaching programs or messaging frameworks.
Initiatives now reference your Playbook
Initiatives are now informed by context from your Playbook, ensuring coaching programs stay aligned with your messaging and sales framework.
This means feedback and scoring reflect not just the coaching objectives set, but your specific positioning, objections, and talk tracks.
Copy messages from Deal Chat
You can now copy messages from Deal Chat in plain text or markdown, making it easy to paste summaries, next steps, or insights directly into emails, CRM notes, or Slack without reformatting.
Social sign-on registration
We're completing the social sign-on flow so new users can register and join their organisation using Google or Microsoft accounts, reducing friction during onboarding.
Improved analysis data architecture
We're updating how call and deal analysis is processed to support richer reporting, better consolidation emails, and faster insights across your pipeline.
