Best Practice Reports
Get clear visibility into what’s driving success across your sales motions with Best Practice Reports. These reports analyse successful tactics, talk tracks, and deal behaviors across your pipeline, helping teams identify what consistently works.
You can now:
-
Filter by pipeline and deal stage to focus insights on specific segments or motions.
-
View detailed summaries for each analysed action, including deal-level metrics, key insights, rep performance, and completion rates.
-
Understand where the data comes from, each report pulls directly from recorded calls, deal timelines, and engagement logs inside Hive Perform.
These structured reports make it simple to share learnings with your team, turn insights into enablement content, and refine your GTM execution in real time.

USP Alignment Analysis
We’ve introduced USP Alignment Reports to help you understand how your unique selling points land with buyers at each stage of the sales process.
From the new USP Alignment view, you can:
-
Generate reports that surface which USPs resonate most across deals, conversations, and industries.
-
Compare messaging effectiveness across teams and stages, backed by real transcript data.
The interface shows exactly how your messaging connects (or doesn’t), making it easy to align GTM, enablement, and sales teams around data-backed positioning.
Enhanced Deal Filtering
You can now filter deals by sales rep for more precise insights. Dashboard headlines, metrics, and analytics automatically adjust to reflect your filters, giving you smarter, more targeted visibility into specific segments of your pipeline.
Live Playbook Updates (In progress)
We’re building Live Playbook Updates to keep your sales guidance aligned with real-time performance.
Playbooks will automatically update as new deal data, insights, and behavior patterns emerge, ensuring reps always have the most effective messaging and next steps.
This means your playbooks will evolve with your pipeline, reducing manual maintenance while keeping GTM and enablement teams synced on what’s working in the field.
Limit Deal Analysis to a Set of Reps
This feature introduces greater control over how deal analytics are applied. You’ll soon be able to limit Hive Perform’s deal analysis to specific rep groups or teams, so not every user is automatically analysed.
This gives admins flexibility to test, pilot, or focus analysis on select segments before a broader rollout.
