Rep Scorecards and performance tracking

We’ve introduced a new way to understand rep performance at a glance. Rep scorecards and timelines make it easier to see how reps are performing across key skills, where they’re improving, and where targeted coaching is needed.

You can now:

  • Get a quick overview of rep performance with clear initiative stats and visual scorecards

  • Spot strengths and gaps across skills using colour-coded heatmaps and visual charts

  • Track how reps improve over time with initiative timelines that show progress, not just point-in-time scores

This gives leaders a clearer, more objective view of rep development without digging through individual calls.



Pipeline-specific coaching initiatives

Coaching initiatives can now be limited to specific pipelines, so reps and managers only see what’s relevant to the deals they’re working on.

Avoid noise from irrelevant deals and focus rep attention on the skills and behaviours that matter for each motion.


Framework management

Setting up and managing your sales framework is now simpler and more accessible.

You can now:

  • Access your framework directly from the Actions tab

  • Add, remove, or update stages in one menu

  • Keep your framework aligned as your sales process evolves

 

Call data reliability improvements

Call integrations are now more robust, with improved setup and historical data handling. Teams can self-serve integrations more easily, backfill past calls, and avoid gaps in analysis caused by setup timing or transcript limits.

Chat with your deals

We’re exploring a new way for reps to work inside live deals.

Chat to your deals introduces an AI assistant embedded directly within each opportunity. It has full context on the deal. Calls, notes, stakeholders, activity, and next steps. Reps can ask questions and get help without switching tools or piecing information together manually.

This assistant can help reps:

  • Draft follow-ups grounded in what was actually said

  • Get a clear, up-to-date summary of the deal

  • Understand what’s missing and how to move the deal forward
