  3. The AI agent pinpoints if the rep is sticking to old patterns or using the updated messaging.

  4. Immediately after the call, the rep receives a short enablement email with:

    • Positive reinforcement for what went well (e.g., rapport building)

    • Specific moments where they fell back into old messaging

    • Suggestions for how they could have handled that part of the conversation differently

  5. The system also scores the rep’s alignment to the new messaging so leaders can track progress over time.

Because feedback arrives while the call is still fresh, reps can connect the insight to the exact moment and adjust before the next conversation.

  • Faster adoption of new messaging, without waiting for the next enablement cycle.

  • Clear visibility for leaders on who’s using the new story and where it’s breaking down.

  • A measurable improvement in how messaging lands with buyers, tracked over time.
