Coaching Initiatives: new UI and improvements

Our latest improvements to Coaching Initiatives make it easier to review call performance, track evidence, and streamline communication throughout each initiative.
Now, you can:

• Access detailed initiative views, including structured pages for call feedback, evidence tracking, and rep progress. Each initiative now provides a clear, end-to-end snapshot of coaching activity.
  
  
• Send cleaner, more consistent communications using the new email templating system built for initiative alerts, follow-ups, and feedback requests.

Pipeline management overhaul

Gain greater control and visibility across your revenue processes with our new changes. These upgrades make it easier to navigate between pipelines, standardise stage definitions, and share the exact views your team needs to stay aligned. 

You can now:

• Switch between pipelines instantly using the new global pipeline selector in the sidebar. This makes it simple to move from one revenue stream to another without losing context.

• Share exact views with your team, thanks to pipeline context now embedded directly into URLs. Send a link and colleagues will land on the same pipeline you’re viewing.

• View USP Alignment reports by pipeline, ensuring each report clearly shows which pipeline it reflects for more accurate segmentation and analysis.

These enhancements give revenue teams a cleaner, more connected experience across Hive Perform. They improve navigation, collaboration, and reporting accuracy, so you can maintain consistent GTM execution across every pipeline you operate.
