Each score includes clickable evidence, so reps and leaders can understand exactly why a deal is ranked as a strong or weak fit. Weekly email summaries are now pipeline-specific, so sellers and leaders only see insights relevant to their active deals. These reports highlight rep performance, objection trends, and value proposition resonance, while excluding noise from closed or irrelevant deals.

 

Product & USP Management  

A new management screen allows customers to catalog products, services, USPs, and ICPs directly in Hive Perform. This foundation will soon power more precise deal analysis, objection tracking, and ICP fit scoring. 

Deal Status Alerts

Sales teams now see an even clearer deal health signal directly on the deal page. If a deal is stalling, overdue, or inactive, it’s flagged as Ghosted, Frozen, or Slow Lane - complete with simple visual cues. This helps reps know when to act before it’s too late.

Weekly Sales Leader Insights

We’ve improved our weekly email formatting focusing on clarity: better spacing and removal of outdated or irrelevant deal activity.

Spotlight R&D: Custom Coaching Objectives

We’re testing a new initiative type where sales leaders can define their own coaching goals (e.g., “Identify pain points and secure buyer confirmation”). Hive Perform then evaluates reps against those objectives and generates tailored coaching emails. Customers interested in shaping this capability can register for early access.

 

ICP Fit Scoring (Coming Soon)

Building on Solution Fit, Hive Perform will analyze how well deals align with your defined ICP segments, enabling more precise forecasting and prioritization.

 

MCP Integrations (Coming Soon)

Work is underway to make Hive Perform compatible with external MCP servers (e.g., Notion, Jira). This would allow customers to pull additional context directly into their sales workflows.
